What We Do

“…(EduServe’s) ability to quickly perceive the institutional culture and offer options to the campus community has been both professional and effective. In addition, their wide breadth of experience has benefitted us since they know the permeations that such a project might and can take. The biggest plus is the “trust” that they have developed across the campus that helps effective communication to occur.”

Our services are blended from proven management theories, industry best practices, and applied expertise. With extensive portfolios of functional, technical and leadership expertise, our consultants are able to quickly define and produce the changes in operations and organizational management that result in excellent service delivery. We design solutions that encompass the uniqueness of each campus community to take our clients’ services and productivity to the next level.

Strategic Planning
EduServe’s ESOP© (EduServe Strategic Organizational Planning) Model includes provides the foundation for a variety of institutional planning activities. Colleges and universities have found that our ESOP© model is especially effective in institutional planning, strategic technology planning and distance learning planning. The EduServe model provides the framework to connect all areas of the constituency and establish a shared vision. In addition, the ESOP© model allows the organization to adopt an implementation strategy to ensure that the vision is accomplished. The EduServe consultant team has a strong background in continuous quality improvement. We build assessment methods into each module.

Project Management
Whether an organization is implementing a new administrative information system or launching a new service, the EduServe project management team can provide the leadership to ensure that the project is successful.

The art of managing projects lies in the project manager’s ability to conceptualize and then realize both the macro- and micro-level details inherent in a project (i.e. investment) in relation to the organization’s mission, operations, staff, customers, and industry. In other words, the project manager should have an expert understanding of how the project results will position the organization in relation to its mission and goals. The EduServe team brings together all aspects of the project – including internal constituents as well as vendor relationships.

Change Management
With EduServe's Change Management strategy, colleges and universities can move the organization systematically from its current state to the desired state while minimizing stress on its people. Our philosophy is that every organization, just like each individual, strives toward improvement – the very essence of change. We understand and can help coach the organization as they maneuver the tricky waters of any large-scale change project.

Enrollment Management
Many colleges and universities are working hard to provide the necessary balance of programs, courses, sections, faculty, and student services with limited resources. The Enrollment Management Practice Team has served in many college and university roles from academic leadership to information technology to student services to business service leadership.

EduServe’s Enrollment Management Practice is focused on maximizing existing resources, enhancing student retention, and enrollment planning. Our diverse backgrounds allow the EduServe Enrollment Practice team to assist colleges and universities in analyzing data, strategizing methods to reach goals, budget allocation and management, and application of technology.

Business Process Redesign
Business process change is a growing concern for many colleges and universities and will continue to have a high level of interest for the rest of the decade. Many institutions have found that business process changes were required with the implementation of technology. And, often, they have let the technology drive the business processes. The EduServe approach to business process redesign is focused on helping organizations create new, efficient processes that link together its constituencies, streamline operations, and enhance the communications flow.
