EduServe’s Organizational Development practice is the education arm of our company. We believe that through the power of connecting people and ideas, anything is possible. Our Organizational Development team offers colleges and universities the opportunity to think in new ways and generate new best practices.

EduServe works with institutions and organizations to foster an atmosphere that is conducive to idea-sharing and problem solving. We help parties to design solutions that are mutually supported and reflect the needs and interests of institutional constituents.
